If you need to return an item, please call or email customer support at SimplyPlumbing to request a refund or exchange. All returns must be pre-approved and returned within 30 days of receipt of your order.

To return a product, please call 1.866.786.3681 to request an RA number. Once you have your RA number, please make sure you include it in the box and ship the product back. The RA number must be inside the box when you return the item. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange or return. The return package can be sent using the carrier of your choice.
Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Customers will receive a refund in the same form of payment that was originally used and issued in within 5 to 10 business days of receipt of the returned product.

All returned products must be unused and in the original packaging. *Please note: Warranty defects are handled on a case by case basis with the manufacturer and are for exchange only. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
Received the Incorrect Product
If you received incorrect product, you must notify Simply Plumbing within 10 days of delivery. Please call 1.866.786.3681 to request an RA number. We will place a new order and you will be credited for the full amount once we receive your return. All products must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
All freight packages must be inspected carefully before signing for them. If the package is damaged because of shipping, do not sign for it. Refuse delivery and contact Simply Plumbing right away with a description of the damage. If the driver has left and you notice the package is damaged you need to notify Simply Plumbing within 24 hours of receipt.
